Honeymoon in Thailand (Bangkok, Krabi, Phuket) , Mid-Nov to Early Dec , Hotel recommendations for $100/night budget?

My spouse and I are planning our honeymoon to Thailand from November 16th to December 2nd. Our itinerary includes Bangkok, Krabi, and Phuket.
Since it's our honeymoon, we want comfortable, clean, and nice hotels, but we are a bit overwhelmed by the sheer number of options on booking apps.
Our Budget: Around $100 USD per night.
What we are looking for: Good locations (close to main attractions/beaches), nice vibes, and ideally a great pool.
Is a $100/night budget realistic for decent 3-4-star (or nice boutique) hotels in these areas during late November?
Which booking apps do you recommend for Thailand? (I've heard Agoda is better than Booking.com for Asia is that true?)
Which specific hotels have you stayed at in Bangkok, Krabi, or Phuket within this budget that you absolutely loved?
Would appreciate any hotel names, specific areas to stay in (e.g., Ao Nang in Krabi or Patong/Kata/Karon in Phuket), or general tips. Thank you so much!
