I was so confident in Sofi because I was approved for a personal loan to pay off my credit cards. Credit score increased 80+ points. Thought they were legit so switched everything over to them including my 20+ Auto pays. They blocked my apple pay recurring charges, even though I confirmed through text and email they were legit. Thank you Sofi, now I have to spend a lot of time responding to my denied apps. The good news is, I got approved for my Apple Card and I can transfer everything to that for auto pay and I’ll keep my Chase account that I never had these issues with. I’ll be Splitting my direct deposit or maybe I’ll cancel sofi banking because I got the $400 bonus. It shouldn’t be this hard to stay on top of your finances. 😑
