You think I’d put more thought into my selections after that, but I picked Black Cat thinking she’d put up great numbers. Thanks to her abilities, I got only 3 furies 😑. Still got 29 bars tho, so I can only imagine the damage she’d do with 99 furies (is that even possible in this fight?)

“When the attacker inflicts a damaging effect, they gain an indefinite fury”. That’s the node. I thought Archangel would build those fast. It doesn’t seem to catch every one I inflict. Maybe with the neurotoxins, it’s because it’s passive, idk, but it’s definitely not catching all the bleeds and poisons.

Edit: It’s because his neurotoxins shut it down. What seemed random, was indeed, not at all.
