
If you have been lifting Less then year you likely don’t need to be here
So many beginners asking if they should bulk or cut, when they obviously haven’t been lifting long enough to put on any muscle. Unless you look like ghandi or Michael cera you don’t need to bulk when your first starting out, and unless your legitimately overweight approaching obese you don’t need to cut. Most of you guys can just start lifting weights and do a pretty decent body recomp.
Heck if your skinny your probably gonna see a increase in appetite just from lifting at all
