A buyer filed an INR for a first class letter not delivered (Sat) when it said it was, on this last Sunday. I asked them if they were ok to wait a few more days in the dispute request, but they have not replied back at all. I don’t want to get dinged for an unresolved dispute.

This happens a lot with first class mail so I am sure that they have received it in the last 2ish days since I have not heard back from them at all. I will reach out to the buyer again to try to resolve this, but what repercussions could I incur if I don’t refund or send a new tracking (both unreasonable imo atm, my only two choices outside of sending a message which is not a resolution), if the buyer doesn’t close on their end?
