Hey - was able to make a friend and trade for this ring.

Normally I'd temper Damage per overpower stack. Why is this better than trying to temper +40% vulnerable damage? Anyone understand the math well enough to prove one way or another?

Hey ya'll - I'm new to Diablo and am learning. When I'm using two one hand weapons for whirl wind....

1. If my 2hand sword has [+2fury on kill] - does that apply when I get a kill while spinning with my 1hands?
2. Does a [20% all damage multiplier] on my 2hand bludgeon apply when I'm spinning with my 1hand weapons?
3. I'm trying to understand the interaction of perks on my off hands and if they apply - thanks!
