I have a memory of a horror film from when I was a kid, so probably 80's or 90's where there is a character with a Stanley knife that cuts off peoples fingers and says "Stanley wants a souvenir." It may have been an anthology film. In my head it was the Principle from Back To The Future, but they may be my faulty wiring!
