How do you set up your weight belt?

So I'm a 200 lb 32 year old man about a pant size 38. I'd say I'm semi in-shape, I do work out, so I don't (usually) have (much) of a gut. My body fluctuates.

I think the belt I have is around 50 inches around. I arrange the weights in this order:

-3 lb

-2 lb

-3 lb

-2 lb

-3 lb

For a total of 13 lbs. My belt fits just fine without weights, but once I put these on, it barely closes on the last or 2nd to last hole. And it kinda puts pressure on my stomach. I also don't have pins to keep them in place. Makes me feel a little nauseous. And I wear a 7 mm wetsuit. Lotta pressure on my stomach.

Any advice?

Is it ok to laugh at jokes/comedies where the punchline is black people/culture (as a non-black poc)?

For example, here's a video I thought was funny:

https://youtu.be/RStIXfKQU9A?is=lhSGdbhv8ZtLHO3l

Starts around 5:00

It's a video of two black influencers (aba and preach) making fun of black YouTube.

I'm not laughing at the black part, I just think it's funny how a grown man is going "ouuu shiii" at a 10 year old twerking and he looks completely natural. As if there's nothing abnormal about this situation. Little kids are twerking and he's getting way too into it. And I guess the way Aba (taller guy) mocks the absurdity of the situation adds to it for me.

That's my intention, but if I laughed at things like this around black people irl, I'm not sure it would look like it was in good taste. Maybe it would look like I'm laughing AT black people and at your expense. Dave Chappelle made a similar comment about non-black people laughing at some of his skits.

I clicked the video out of curiosity, nothing more. I don't talk about things like this with people IRL because there's no reason to do so and I don't think black people around me want to be dragged into this conversation.

I'm asking this question here because it seems like boundaries and norms have changed in the past decade as far as interactions between non-black people and black people and I don't want to learn these things the hard way.

Please advise. Thank You
