For starter I have all the options turned on related to internation transaction on my card. (ATM, POS, ECOM) And it's a visa debit card.

Tried all the other methods that I found on reddit like:

• Use billing address to a tier 1 city(my present address is already a tier 1 city, tier 1 city = major city)
• The transaction limit is way above the limit of the 2000 inr.

What am I missing?

The error on the screen is:

Payment declined. The transaction was declined by your financial institution. Please use a different payment method or contact your bank for assistance.
