I do notice including myself, no one wants to believe they need a bigger size….just go up a size Trust me if your toes touch the top or your heal is at the very back, GO UP A SIZE!! If your foot feels tight when strapped in get a wider footbed. 👣you will notice a slight difference and you will be happy you did😊
