I have restarted skating in the last few months after a 15+ year absence. I am very athletic and have very strong feet and ankles so I don’t think it is a strength issue but I get bilateral sharp pain on the medial aspect of my arch very close to the start of the heel. The pain starts within 10 minutes.

I have wide feet and I know Riedells aren’t the best for wide feet so I may have just screwed up but I did get fitted by the recommended guy by my rink.

Any thoughts?
