I've been noticing a lot of lack of understand or confusion over the new ship loadout recovery. Some people think they're softlocked or will lose their loadout if they cant afford to pay the claim.

The last loadout you saved on your ASOP remains saved forever until you make an update to it. You dont pay any fee while changing insurance, only when claiming the loadout. Making a free claim of a stock ship does not wipe the insured loadout.

If you cant afford a claim, get a free stock ship and just pay for the loadout later. The only way to lose something is to forget to save the loadout.
