Artic Nova 5x
I bought this expensive Artic Nova 5X from Best Buy a few months ago and I absolutely hate this headset, it has NEVER properly worked for me. NON STOP constant issues with connecting to my PC, the actual mic for it never works (I have to use an external mic), it's constantly switching between Bluetooth mode and 2.4 mode. SOMETIMES it'll work in discord where I can hear, but I can't speak. But other games and apps I hear NOTHING. And the times I can get audio to go through, it sounds muffled, the audio lags and cuts in and out.
I have updated the firmware on SteelSeries GG app, reconnected everything, watched so many YouTube videos, and I can not fix these problems. I've spent literally HOURS upon hours trying to fix this.
I'm open for help, but I'm so close to the point of just video recording myself smashing this headset and uploading it. Taking my $130 loss. What a shame to spend that much on a headset and it not even work, but instead accumulate so much stress.
