Best workout routine for someone who can gym only from wednesday to sunday?

Heyy, I’m an advanced lifter but because of studies I can’t go to gym except on Wednesday, Friday and the Weekend.
Since I can only workout 4 days a week I initially did an Arm/Chest/Back/Legs program but I got tired of it and felt like my performances were decreasing over time.

Recently I experienced with good old upper lower workout from JN but I’m not sure UL split is really good recovery wise if I can only train during the end of the week.

I’m mainly looking for propositions or advices for different workouts I could try out. I also train savate once a week if that matters.
