Trazodone starting dose
I’ve been prescribed trazodone as an antidepressant that might also help with my chronic insomnia. My GP prescribed 150mg as a starting dose but that seems to be a pretty high dose compared to what I’ve seen when searching Reddit to get an idea of how it could feel and what side effects I may experience. I’m seeing that a lot of people started off at 25mg to 50mg and then went up to 150mg over time if needed.
Is 150mg too high for a starting dose?
