If a guy feels sexual attracted towards a woman he has no bond to yet but then again is not able to have sex because of that missing emotional bond, does that fall under demisexuality?

The mind feels lust, but then mind&body won't follow through unless there is a tangible connection.

Maybe the feeling of attraction isn't real to begin with? Maybe the guy is just imaginating it...
