This dress used to dig into my stomach

When I was at my heaviest in the first photo at 247.7 pounds, I rarely ever wore this because of how tight it felt across my stomach and I just felt like I had shoved myself into it. I'm now 199.3 pounds in the second photo, and it's so light and airy. I think it'll be too big soon though so I'll probably try and wear it as much as I can lol

I finally did it!

Starting weight was 247.7 pounds and I never thought I'd see myself being in the onderland club! I haven't been this light since I was in my 20s (I'm 33), so I'm just so proud of myself :)

Tried on my old shorts from last year and they're so much looser!

First photo I'm 247.7 pounds, and in the second photo I'm 203.3 pounds. I started my weight loss journey in the first week of November 2025 :)

My husband has said my face has changed but I can't really see it

In the top photo I'm 247.7 pounds and in the bottom photo I'm 204.4 pounds. Logically, I know there most likely is a difference with that amount of weight loss, but I just can't see it lol

Comparing my neck and collarbones from 7 months ago to today made me so happy

I'm officially 42 pounds today and I'm so sad one of my favourite tops is now so baggy

The top pic is from when I was at my heaviest at 247.7 pounds, and the bottom pic is from today where I'm 205.6 pounds. I went to put on this top because I hadn't worn it in a while, and I screeched from how ill fitting it is. Obviously I'm really proud of myself from dropping all this weight but I'm sad lol

I'm back into being obsessed with movies again and I couldn't be happier

I'm almost 33, and as a teenager I was heavily into movies. Like I would watch many per week alongside reading a lot of books. I don't really know what happened as I got older but I stopped watching movies and typically I only watched a handful per year and they were always old favourites of mine so never anything new. I recently got into a reading rut and I moved house a few weeks ago, so I didn't really feel like just re watching a TV show or watching YouTube. I decided to get back into movies again and actually re-establish my tastes as a 32 year old woman because for new movies I had no real idea what I would actually like.

In the past few weeks I've watched The Substance, Abigail (2024), Room (2015), Anora, Femme (2023), Bugonia, The Favourite, The Piano Teacher (2001), Promising Young Woman, Exotica (1994), Arrival (2016), and Pillion (2025).

The ones I absolutely Ioved were The Substance, Anora, The Favourite and Exotica. Ones I liked were Bugonia, Room, Pillion, Abigail, and Arrival. I also think I discovered a new favourite director in Yorgos Lanthimos - I seem to really vibe with his stuff so that's really fun :)

I really disliked The Piano Teacher, which is shame because it seemed so interesting but I just didn't click with it unfortunately.

But I just wanted to share this because I'm really excited about getting back into an old hobby of mine, and here's my Letterboxd if anyone's interested in adding me :) https://boxd.it/8JZYp

Me last year in my wedding dress, to me today in a bridesmaids dress 40 pounds lighter :)

First pic is from 7th June 2025 where I weighed 247.7 pounds, and the second pic is from today where I weigh 207.1 pounds. Still a long way to go but looking at the difference like this is awesome :)

Edit: My mother in law is getting married at the end of August if you were wondering, but I'm sure you weren't lol
