The political masterstroke of Mavigun, the political implications

Jagan lost the 2024 elections on the three-capital plank.

Amaravati, on the other hand, helped sweep Guntur, Vijayawada, and to some extent, Prakasam and Godavari districts.

We as humans, as voters, want government decisions to benefit us. With the capital in their region, it's going to benefit this populace. So they overwhelmingly voted for Kutami.

Now with Mavigun, the capital is still in their region, but amidst their properties.

Compared to house and landowners in Machilipatnam, Vijayawada, and Guntur, the landowners in Amaravati are a minuscule number. For such a large population, better appreciation of their assets is going to be a game-changer.

Amaravati is empty land; it needs a huge number of projects to fill it. So, property appreciation in other regions is minuscule.

With Mavigun, property appreciation is going to extend far and wide beyond Mavigun.

This also would help the future government as more land transactions and revenues would happen.

Imagine an SBI building in a village near Machilipatnam would create more real estate assets than the same building in Amaravati.

Once the opposition can take this message to the public, it's very difficult for the Kutami government.

It's a political masterstroke. That's why Kutami is opposing it more than the three capitals. They know it's a threat.

Why pawan kalyan is targeting you tuber ravan...because..

He is targeting Raavan because he is weak, just a YouTuber...he can bully him.

When he comes across strong people...he becomes timid...e.g., KCR, Chintamaneni, Paritala, Jagga Reddy, Gaddar...he never questions them but praises them...as they can retort pretty strongly.

Pawan is just a high school bully...

He cannot strong-arm strong people; he chooses weak people like Katti Mahesh, Uday Kiran, Raavan...

Heck, he cannot properly retort RGV...he can only bully simple people like YouTubers, reviewers...

Anhra Pradesh lo emi avutondi. Prasnisthe arrest chestaara.

In AP, more than 1300 people were arrested for social media posts (official data till March 31st, 2026) in two years.

Today, one YouTuber and a journalist were arrested.

CBN and his associates are acting like dictators. Anyone who questions them is demonized. Veelokalle kadigina muthayulu.

And then they pump negative news about those arrested.

For those who are shouting about the YCP government, in total five years, not even half that number were arrested.

As long as there are brainwashed people who support whatever Kutami does, it will remain this way.

For everyone who carry party flags or support xyz leader, because they belong to your caste..

You are nothing but an expendable. Vaadukuni visiresthaaru.

A story of 2 people from vijaywada, belonging to same caste and faced similar fate, where accused is government or elements of governmemt.

Meeru valla cheppulu kanna heenam ga chustaaru....focus on careers....mee kulam anukovoddu....evaru raaru

How about a third alternate party in Andhra pradesh

Manifesto

  1. Huge investment in infrastructure: ports, cities, railways

  2. Eradication of corruption (all services online, single window, zero cash transactions in government offices)

  3. Job creation (initially through a huge construction boom, later based on infrastructure opportunities that arise)

  4. Ease of doing business

  5. Public transport, walkable cities and towns

  6. Good healthcare, school education

  7. Freebies limited to vulnerable people (old age, crop loss due to calamities, midday meal)

  8. support commercial crops, horticulture, aqua culture..to increse revenue of farmers and establish allied industries

Cost of one acre in amaravati in most premium area is 3.63 cr per acre

So CBN bought 5 acres of land from a farmer, who was lucky and got the most prestigious plot for his sacrifice for 18 crore.

If that is true, expecting the whole excess Amaravati land of 5000 acres, when sold, will not yield more than 18k crores. How will Amaravati become a self-financing capital?cbn land purchase

  3. Those who ask government questions

  4. Do political discussion without supporting kutami

  5. Praise any Jagan program

  6. Question any Kutami/ cbn program

  7. Farmers who oppose land pooling

  8. Neutral audience

  9. Who cannot wait for results till 2047

  10. Who cannot see current development

  11. Everyone belonging to certain castes and religions

In his previous terms in United AP, he used to call himself CEO. He claims to be an administrator with vision. The more I see, the more I feel he is just a marketing manager good at promoting himself. He always failed as an administrator.

Bhaseerbagh firing, Godavari Pushkaralu, Vijayawada floods, and now this fuel crisis.

Anyone with a bit of know-how knows diesel demand in certain sectors and the upcoming fuel crisis due to the Iran war. There should have been a certain cushion prepared; people should have been alerted beforehand. He only comes after the damage, and we get headlines: "Babu serious," "Babu fired official," "Settle in 2 days or else... Babu threatened." Prevention is better than cure. He only comes after damage and creates a fuss.

Babu is the worst CM in my lifetime, with zero administrative capacity. No doubt Amaravati is in a sorry state; he lacks vision. He lives in imagination and grandeur.
