About to start microneedling and I have a great HA I got from the same place as my Dr pen but really keen to get some individual ampules/capsules/tubes of HA for ease of use and because it’ll be easier for me to maintain sterility.
Any recommendations? Available in Australia or New Zealand specifically.

Okay this is stupid, and I’m mad at myself but here goes!
I’m new to a disc, and I’m loving it for the most part. Please tell me I’m not alone though.
I wasn’t paying enough attention as I was reinserting and felt a sharp pain. I think some labia minora got caught and it looks like a small tear, on the outside where it has a natural fold before connecting to labia majora.
I know it’ll heal but I’m so annoyed with myself! Surely I can’t be the only one dumb enough to cause a tear?
I’ve now been in a plateau for about 5 weeks.
I know my calories are still on point, even with my 12kg loss so far, my calorie intake is still in a 500-700 deficit every day. I eat to maintenance calories maybe once a fortnight.
I’m fairly active, I run/walk a lot and do strength training a couple times a week.
I tried upping my calories to maintenance/just over for a week and have put in a higher calorie day weekly (smaller deficit) but nothing seems to be pushing me out of this plateau. The scales move between about 1kg which is what I’d expect with normal fluctuations but zero downward movement.
Given I’m still in a deficit, do I just ride it out? I’ve never experienced a plateau like this so not sure what to do!
