I received my Tesseract plates from NXEDC today for my Aura Sand. I love how colourful they are! Anyone else get these ones?

Absolutely love these two. Pose Blades cocoon SS spinner with zircuti clown shoes and an all ceramic bearing. Titanium Shim Shy. Shim shy has been modified with n52 magnets on one side for better strength. I'm obsessed with the pattern, and I love how the colour changes depending on the angle of the light. Both are whisper quiet with wonderful haptics.

Top C has been in my top 3 fidgets since I got it when they first released. It's zirc and has a stainless zz plate. Currently modded with glass balls to make it a bit quieter and some strategic slide tape to minimise play to stop the screw from coming out as easily. I'd really love to try the newer top C design, but this one is absolutely gorgeous to me. I can't imagine the new one beating this.

TK Glide is a newer one in my collection. It's a really satisfying piece with 3 different tracks to choose from. They can be swapped out on the fly with no tools needed. If you enjoy the feeling of a box cutter mechanism, you'd love this. Unfortunately, it seems sold out most everywhere. The decorative part is a plate that can be swapped out, although I like this design more than the few limited ones they released. One thing that annoys me is that they call this the King of hearts. It's not. It's the Jack of hearts. King of hearts is my favourite face card because of its lore, so I really do wish it was the king instead.

What are you fidgeting with today?

An oldie, but a reeeallly great one. Unfortunately, these were a very limited run and were made back in 2022. They came in titanium or zirc. This is the Fidget House Mini Infinity Cube in titanium. It's 3/4 the size of a traditional infinity cube. I love the clicks and clacks it makes. It functions really smoothly. It's heftier than it looks, and feels great in the hand. It's easy to mindlessly manipulate it with one hand while busy doing other things.

ZZEdc Bean Z slider.

I especially love mini and micro fidgets. This one really surprised me. It has strong clicks and significant haptic feedback. Way more than you'd expect for such a tiny piece.

I've modified it with a conical spring and a 2.7mm tungsten ball. It gives it a softer, poppier (a bit like bubble wrap) sound over the crisp clicks, and the haptic feedback is a bit mushier (which I like).

I like how the track is held in place and acts as a bit of a slight button (silent). It adds to the fidgetability. I also like how smooth and solid it feels. It's really nice to just hold in your hand. Very happy I have this one in my collection.

What is your favourite tiny fidget?

Whole top row are Shim Shys. Middle row (L - R) Ti Pro Aura Sand (Yunding with 3rd party plates), Tifire EDC Glory Pokemon, SS Slim Aura Sand (Steel Winter with 3rd party plates). Bottom row OG Magnus sliders, left (I can't remember the name) with brass fixed plates, middle (Soap) and right (Thumb) with zirc fixed plates.

Decided to display my floating sliders now that I have a few more of them. Waiting on a zirc Shim Shy and a fortune mystery box that should be here next week. Soon I'll likely display my mechanical track sliders too, but I'm trying to think of how to display them with them being less symmetrical (thanks, OCD!). I may combine them with my miscellaneous metal fidget and haptic coin collection to give it a bit of variation so I can focus less on symmetry. I don't know that I'll ever display my spinner collection again aside from my Loopholes and Dots (please don't ask if I'll sell them. They're highly sentimental to me as Alex and I designed them together. RIP Premium Spinners ❤️) and higher end ones. I'm genuinely thinking of selling most of my OG era spinners since I never use them anymore, but it's a daunting task, especially since I hate Facebook and PayPal. 🥲

It's been a LONG time since I've posted any fidget content, but I've been back in the community quietly for a while and wanted to share something fun to give back.

Here are some Shim Shys I received today (purchased from Geeone) along with some custom plates for my next Aura Sand (purchased from NXEDC). I already have an SS one (shown in the video), but I have a titanium one coming later this week. I'll do an unboxing if anyone is interested.

What're your thoughts on Shim Shys in general and the ones I got? I really love them, especially at their price point. They're a perfect weight (for me) and I find them to be so smooth and very quiet when adding some UHMW tape to the untaped side. It has a nice light swish sound with the included tape on the other side.
