Curious if im over - reacting, before I call and complain.

We had GFL out to pump our septic tank today and I came home to a mess......

The truck apparently leaked / spat out oil, some sort of mat was attempted to be used to catch the splatter, but did not get all of it.

Our driveway that was re sealed a few yrs ago now has a huge oil stain, the splatter also got on the corner of our brand new RV cover, ( Literally 2 months old ).

The driver also left waste from presumably disconnecting the hoses in our driveway.

Is this normal service ?

How do you disable the back up sensor / automatic brake, specifically when you have a bike rack attached. Whenever we have a rack attached we can not back up without the car jolting the brakes all of a sudden. We have tried turning the brake "P" button on and off multiple times and nothing seems to make a difference.
