I’m looking to buy a 30x40 site or odd plots within Mysore with a budget of around 50 lakhs. I’m not entirely sure about the current market rates, so I would really appreciate any recommendations from those with experience in property purchases in this area. I’m especially interested in builders and developers who have a reputation for genuine property papers and proper land conversions.
