260520 katseye presale was terrible

I waited in the site since 2 pm. Only to join queue and be 23439 place in line. Then by the time it was my turn there were no tickets left. Yeah I know not everyone can get tickets but what’s the point of waiting early just for it end up so far back in line and nothing left.

Edit: this is for the Boston, MA location

I got a citation in the mail

So I got a warning/citation in the mail for “being on FaceTime while driving with phone in right hand,” and I’m honestly confused.

First off, I was never approached or pulled over by an officer at all. The notice just showed up in the mail.

Second, the timing is weird. The timestamp on the citation is literally only a few minutes after I called my friend. I genuinely don’t understand how that process even works that fast if no one stopped me or verified anything.

What also confuses me is how the citation automatically has my name on it when nobody verified my identity. My car has multiple listed drivers in the family, and I even have an identical twin. (For the record, yes, it actually was me driving that day but I’m just confused about how they determine that without checking ID.)

The part that frustrates me most is that I literally pulled over and was parked because I was dropping off my brother’s friends in a neighborhood I don’t usually go to. I was only there for maybe 10 minutes max. During that time, yes, I was on FaceTime, but I wasn’t actively driving around while holding my phone.

I honestly didn’t even know warnings/citations like this could be issued without ever interacting with an officer. Has this happened to anyone else?

Since when is it against the law to be on the phone when parked. The citation says I was driving but I literally wasn’t. When I was driving my phone was off. I know it’s just a warning so I shouldn’t be worked up over it. But I feel like injustice was committed against me. If this had been a real ticket instead of a warning, I genuinely don’t know how I’d prove what actually happened.
