Who’s buying the Real Estate!?
Think these real estate agents and homeowners are either completely greedy or straight up delusional, although it’s probably a combination of both. Seriously though, who TF is buying at these prices!? Especially at places like Rancho Sequoia where it’s JUST obtainable for an average person, though still heavily out of reach for majority. 150k will get you a neglected moldy shack on 40acres with a VERY seasonal water source that will most likely be insufficient and tapped completely dry in the years to come as global warming continues to flourish and people continue to use water wastefully and unconsciously. Is black rock , the bank, and major invest firms just going to own everything ? Sure seems like it, maybe their slogan of “you will own nothing and be happy” they’ve overconfidently been force feeding us with will truly pay off…although I thought being apart of this country , especially born and raised meant to gain and have access to certain freedoms and liberties such as private ownership and therefore that largely ties into ones overall happiness.. perhaps I’ll just settle and slave away for a few more years so I can upgrade and afford that 1,100sqf house in garberville with no roof that’s clearly been lived in by a mentally unstable hoarder for atleast the past 20 years..I’m afraid by the time I can manage to afford one of these hoarder heaven rats nest I might just be as mentally unstable as the previous tenant if not more if our society continues to keep up with this fairytale LOL! WTF…!?!?
