Floor plan help

Hi All, we are in the process to reconstruct our home. Currently getting old getting demolished. Some details: Plot size: 200 square yards, Dimensions: 30 x 60 ft Facing: front facing almost South West, Both side existing property. Front good enough road, back service lane Construction: stilt parking + four floors. Lift with 6 person capacity

Expectations:

  1. we want every possible place to have some natural light(next to impossible).
  2. Maximum storage, not just standard wardrobes that builders give.
  3. Most probably 3bhk + 3 washrooms, maybe a powder room.

My fairytale wants: I hope to not have a living room where all the bedrooms door open. Not a completely open kitchen.

A passage or gallery which has a foyer and all rooms and kitchen open into it.

I have attached multiple floor plans that builder have given. According to him the stairs are going to be northwest side.

No washrooms in the north east side

Kitchen should be in east for proper ventilation which I agree too(but my expectations are differing)

He is making most of the washrooms in the middle with opening in shafts, which In my opinion is not a good option.

A person who have made homes in the past suggested that south should be super heavy so make kitchen in the front? 🤷🏼‍♂️

I am attaching screenshots of floor plans plus one more that I had roughly drawn. Please suggest what changes can be done so that it looks maximum like what i had drawn. Or any other insights are highly appreciated. Also in some possibilities there is a fourth room too, a small one which can be used to make study or office.
