Built an API-free warehouse operating system for Meesho , Flipkart, Amazon and Online Sellers

Everyone building warehouse software assumes sellers have API access.
💭Most don't..
Even when APIs exist, they come with approvals, developer work, version changes, broken integrations, rate limits, missing fields, and constant maintenance.
And on platforms like Meesho, many sellers don't have practical API access at all, so automation usually stops before it even starts.
Meanwhile, every seller already has the same thing.
Shipping label PDFs , settlement CSVs and Return CSVs.
So instead of building another integration platform, we built UnicomBuddy to work directly with those files.
No APIs.
No developer.
No waiting for approvals.
Just upload your marketplace PDFs and CSVs, and you're ready in around 5 minutes.
The system automatically extracts AWB, Order ID, SKU, Size, Quantity, Dispatch Date, and other operational data from Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho documents.
From there, everything else just works.
•••How this Works •••
Wrong dispatches are prevented using a double-scan workflow. Scan the AWB, scan the product barcode, and if the SKU or size doesn't match, the system blocks packing instantly with a red buzz before the shipment leaves the warehouse.
Returns follow a structured 3-step inspection process that classifies every parcel as New, Damaged, Used, Fraud, or Empty Box while capturing evidence for marketplace disputes.
If a marketplace marks an order as returned but the parcel never physically reaches your warehouse, Our Software flags it as a Ghost Return after 15 days so it can be disputed instead of silently affecting your inventory and GST.
Settlement CSVs are automatically matched against dispatch history to detect payment shortfalls, hidden deductions, extra commissions, and unexpected marketplace penalties.
GST reports are generated using physically confirmed returns, producing CA-ready Excel reports and GSTR-1 JSON files without connecting directly to the GST portal.
The goal 💭wasn't to replace your marketplace.
It was to remove the biggest operational headaches without depending on APIs that many sellers either don't have access to or don't want to maintain.
