Any business owners out there that have a recommendation for a repair company? Specifically cooler and freezer repair and maintenance.

I'm an independent single location shop looking for information on a new point of sale and website. My current point of sale meets my needs, but it doesn't integrate with my website and I feel that the CC company they use charges too high a rate (3.2% +$0.20 for phone orders). My web designer uses BigCommerce and now BC is requiring native CC processing or charging an extra fee. Who has experience with Floranext or Hannah and what do they charge? I do not use wire services, so the big 3 plus Bloomnation and FSN are just not an option for me. Any other options I may not know about? Approximately $500k annually and 60% of that is website. That's not counting wedding/event work.

Mother’s Day is this Sunday. If you are going to send flowers, please call or order online through a local florist. Do not use DoorDash or any delivery app. Do not order from a national ordering service. Search for “flower delivery zipcodeXXX” in Google and pick an actual florist FROM THE MAP. Chattanooga has plenty of reputable florists all of whom are independent small businesses. If you order through any national brand you are going to overpay in fees and risk not getting anything at all. Also, please order as early as you can. Product will be getting scarce as the week goes on for some florists. (Not mine, but some)

I’m making this post because every single year, I get dozens of phone calls from people frantically trying to correct a problem at the last minute caused by using a 3rd party company.
