My dad asked to do my masters on my own!!?

So I am 22 rn , and just before completing my bachelor's. My dad dropped the bomb saying they can't suport me for my masters ...i kinda seen it coming though. Because our financials were never good my college fees was never on time and i always had to hear from my teacher about not submitting the fees on time. I have a little sister who's in 3rd grade and my brother who's just one year younger than me (although he's a loser ) so yea where i was that i seen it coming so all i got a choice is to get a job after my bachelors and do that job for 2 or 3 years to collect the money for my masters and i always it was always a dream from the start to fo my bachelor from aborad but it didnt happend so i wanted that atleast i should to my masters from aborad more like france or german or any european country (i heared there education system is good and cheap to study or idk i m phrasing it right or not ik u just get it what i am sayiing right?)to be sure idk what to do rn ... i did land a job but i m not sure about doing it 2 or 3 years straight . Now i know you guys must be saying like why didn't you get a educational loan? the thing is my dad always got things on emi and shi and thats pretty much we are in debt ...like his credit score is low and in young age when i didn't get money i thought to get loan on yk small app that provide loans ..at that time i used to do a part time job so i thought i would pay it off first time it was easy but going on in cycle repeatedly got me fuck ...so my credit score is even worse than my dad now and thats why i wanna fix but i dont have any idea how to do so......i reallly need some expert help ..which college to go?should do the job or not? am i still eligible for edcuational loan? which country to go study in? and many more questions i have to ask
