Magneton was a goat. Took out lance solo. Tangela and farfetch were just kind of cheerleaders.
Venomoth was hardier than I thought. And marowak was disappointing.
Kingler was a hidden gem.
I got 2 gengars and I’ve been playing around with them for a bit.
I wanted one to be an annoying guy and the other to just be an attacker.
Right now the first one knows hypnosis, curse, confuse ray and nightshade. While the second has dream eater, hypnosis, confuse ray and shadow punch.
Is there a better moveset for these guys? I find the first gengar is having trouble fighting normal pokemon because he only has ghost moves.
My little guy just turned 8 and we found a shoe box of my old sp and red version.
Of course he chose charmander and had a lvl 12 with a lvl 4 pidgey going to Brock.
I’ve notice he doesn’t understand what items do. Would it make more sense to have him play fire red for the color and explanation of items? Or let him suffer through using a rare candy on a level 14 charmander with no idea what it does?
