How do you stay on top of niche threads before they get crowded?

I've been trying to improve brand awareness by joining relevant conversations earlier but manually searching communities all day is getting exhausting. Feels like I'm always behind on discussions that actually matter. Curious how others deal with this.

Every good reddit thread feels hours old when I finally see it

I don't know how people are catching discussions so early on here. It feels impossible to join at the right time unless you're constantly refreshing reddit all day. I want to follow conversations for brand awareness and to understand what people in the community are talking about in real time but manual searching feels inefficient. Any solution on this?

Blink once and the conversation's already gone, how do you track community discussions in real time?

I'm trying to stay on top of niche communities and monitor brand sentiments across community discussions but manually refreshing everything feels impossible. Are you guys naturally online or is there some kind of setup I'm not aware of?

I'm trying to keep up with certain discussions across a few communities, but constantly searching and refreshing feels like a chore. Sometimes I miss posts that would've been really relevant, especially when they don't use the exact keywords I'm looking for or they gain traction quickly. How do you all stay updated without having to manually check everything?

You know that feeling when you finally type in the perfect search query, hit enter, and boom, there it is. The exact thread you were looking for, but 12 hours late with a lot of comments already. Anyone else experience this? Or am I just perpetually late to everything including the internet? Any tips or suggestions to overcome this?

Are you keeping tabs on related communities manually? And how do you filter signal from noise without it taking over your day? Curious if you are using tools or workflows. Would really appreciate any insights. Thank you.

I don't know how to explain it, but Reddit timing feels like a game I'm always losing. Feels less like participating and more like chasing conversations that already happened. Is there some strategy, timing or tool that I'm completely missing?
