Shuffle hands question

Hi,

Relatively new to UNO. Only started playing last year with the family and we love it.

A question has come up a couple of times now and I can’t see anything in the rules for it. Probably could just google it but where’s the fun in that when I can chat to you fine people.

Question : If the Shuffle Hands card is your last card and is played, is that game done or are all cards shuffled and dealt back to everyone to continue the round?

Hi, I’ve been learning to do the Netflix starstruck puzzles but quite often I get stuck, and even more often the hint will be “A step ahead” and make absolutely no sense what so ever. Like the image attached.

It’s probably just me, but do they sometimes make no sense to others too?
