Started working on my next map & I need advice
So, I am working on a UK inspired map utilizing a mod called "Fantasia Map Generator". I went through a few tries but I think I have found the map I really want to work with.
My major questions are:
- My plans aren't to go further than the 1950s, so I want to focus on largely mineral traffic and manufacturing and farming. This is helped with the Industries expanded mod. However, I would like some opinions on where I should put farmland for this, as this is heavily UK inspired and I am an American.
- I am also working on placing towns, many of these were generated or placed myself. But I am still working on ideas for where other towns can be placed.
I am a proficient transport fever player, but I've never really made a map before nor have I ever had to plan a logistics network so any advice would be helpful!
