We are looking for a roommate for a one year lease starting in August, with the option to stay longer if needed. The home is located right next to the UTA campus, making it an easy walk to classes—no car required.
You would be renting the downstairs back bedroom, which is the quietest room in the house. The room is very spacious and includes a large closet, a private bathroom, and extra attic storage for additional belongings. There is also a two-car garage that can be used for storage, and each roommate has their own designated parking spot.
The house is shared with three other boys who are extremely clean, respectful, and quiet. They are all on the UTA golf team, creating a friendly, structured, and respectful living environment.
The landlord, Beau, is amazing and very flexible.
He covers water and lawn care, while tenants split Wi-Fi, gas, and electricity.
