Suddenly charging for 6 months but only sending 2 months of medication
I have been ordering semaglutide from hers for 1 1/2 years now without issue. I’ve been on the 6 month plan and each time they have billed me for the amount and then sent me 6 months of medication. Now, they have billed me for 6 months and are only sending 2 months of medication. They say that they will send the rest in 2 and 4 months. This change was never communicated to or approved by me. In fact, the plan still indicates that it ships every 6 months.
I strongly suggest that anyone else on the 6 month plan cancel before they charge you for medication that they don’t ship. I suspect they are having supply issues, which is why they can’t send it all now. I’m not optimistic that the rest of the medication will be shipped later as they claim.
