Hi, I will be moving to NYC in July, post grad. I have not started working, but have an offer letter. Most places I look say that I need to show letter of employment, and past pay stubs, but obviously I don't have that. How do I apply for apartments with just an offer letter, are there other documents I can show instead for 40x monthly rent requirement? I will be apartment hunting with a roommate, who is in the same situation as me. Just wondering if other new grads moving to the city have any advice or tips.
