Hi all,
I have a bumblebee nest under my decking, that has a shed on top. Bees are coming in and out 1 every 5 seconds at the moment.
Anything I should know about this breed? How long do they stay for? Which ones are the females, large or small?
I have a new shed coming early June, but don’t want to disturb them.

Got back in to cycling last May after 20yrs off the bike.
Found a training schedule from when I was 23 stating my maximum w/kg aerobic capacity which working backwards would have given me an FTP of around 4.6w/kg. At the time that meant nothing as no one used power. I gave up cycling shortly after as it was taking over my life.
Now trying to get to 4wkg, currently 3.78. CV is getting there but my legs are old 😢
Any tips for an older cyclist, greatly received!
