This is my research workflow. Curious about what yours looks like.

I’ve been experimenting with agent skills for research-heavy work, and recently tried one from SenseTime’s SenseNova-Skills

The workflow is roughly:

request.md -> plan.json -> sub_reports/*.md -> synthesis.md -> report.md

I tested it with a consulting-style prompt about the low-altitude economy: drones, eVTOLs, urban air mobility, policy, tech progress, use cases, risks, and strategy.

It worked reasonably well. The part I liked is that it doesn’t jump straight from search results to a final report. It plans first, writes sub-reports, then synthesizes before producing the final Markdown.

I’m curious: is this kind of file-based research workflow becoming the standard pattern for research agents, or are people using something better?
