[Discord][Asynch][Genesys] Exagora One: A(n Old) New Frontier

A long, loooong time ago, Exagora One was established over the wild superplanet Abraxas by the Imperium. Exagora was the pinnacle of colonial technology and had all the funds and resources behind it one could hope for to tame such a wild place. Unfortunately, within a year of Exagora's arrival to Abraxas, the Imperium imploded. Its space now run by local warlords and up for grab by its former political rivals, Exagora was left on its own with no hope of colonization.

In the absence of Imperium oversight, the massive super-station (with a size and population so great it is akin to a fairly large city) has developed an identity all to its own. Its local government is more or less a conglomerate of the wealthiest, most influential citizens aboard, backed by mercenary towns. Sheriffs and their deputies, largely former Imperium security officers, do their best to maintain order and some nominal sense of law, but without greater oversight, it has become a hub of illicit trade, violent crime, and gambling.

No one cares that it's illegal to shoot someone for looking at you funny. Just don't get caught.

Hi! I'm Barren. I'm looking for 2-3 players for a Genesys game using Embers of the Imperium's mechanics, but a largely ad-libbed, homebrew setting. Looking for Firefly-esque 'plucky characters who are down on their luck do their best' in a Deep Space 9 Type, space-western setting. Lighter in tone and direction with characters who lean heroic but aren't necessarily heroes.

What I ask of you:

Respect post length! That means not underselling when someone does a lot of work, but it also means knowing when to call it quits. Dynamic length matters! A good post can be short or long, it's about the effort and what you give to the other player to use!

Be able to post in the main story at least once a day! Real life happens, communicate communicate communicate, but outside of it getting in the way, I'd prefer to be able to keep the story moving.

Finally, Tupperbox usage will be mandatory.

If you want to give it a shot, apply here! I'll leave this up for a few days, then reach out to standouts privately!

EDIT: I had the wrong form linked! Whoops!
