Is this a termite, Parrish Florida

Is this a termite, Parrish Florida

My termite bond contract is with a different company from my pest control company.

About a week ago we found about 20 in our upstairs bathroom. (First floor is concrete block, second floor is wood)

Around 3:00 in the morning floating in our toilet, bathtub and sink. The other upstairs bathroom had some in the toilet as well.

First floor shows no signs.
Have only seen one or two of these things since.

I showed my pest control company and they think it’s a subterranean termite. I call my Termite company, they bring up all these pictures of termites and my bug looks nothing like the examples he is showing me. We do a walk of the whole house, find no tell tale signs upstairs or downstairs. No mud trails outside the house or in. So to him…..he “never saw anything like that before”

Fast forward to today and I find this guy in our upstairs bathroom sink.

Do I just tell my termite company “hey…..Google says contrary to what you told me, sub termites can completely bypass the first floor and it’s actually normal?” His reasoning was “if you haven’t seen hundreds in the last few days it’s probably not termites”

Or is this not a termite? We seen no wings on any of them though I know they could fall off?

Edit: all I had to do was scroll down and see his cousins in several other posts. Calling termite company back.

Waiting for a trailer like….

Counting down the days, not that we have a date but we are at the point where it feels inevitable.
