My setup is in a living room that gets a lot of daylight during the day but also doubles as my main movie space at night. I’m trying to find something that handles both situations well since my current TV struggles with reflections and also doesn’t look great in darker scenes.

Are the newer mini LED TVs generally the better compromise for this kind of environment, or is OLED still worth it if I manage lighting carefully? I’m just trying to get a sense of what actually works day to day from people who have lived with these newer displays. thank you

Even when i try to relax or go out, i feel off. does this ever stop or do you just accept weekends are weird now?
