I will be starting solids soon for my 5.5 month old baby and i am wondering how to give her food without dairy or when to introduce them .
I gave lots of dahi and some ghee in almost meal to first one and she had cronic constipation, worried about how it will go for second one.
Can anyone experienced in this matter help me ?
