Winter wheels for Enyaq 85 Coupé – 19"/20" and aero wheels?

I drive a Škoda Enyaq 85 Coupé in Steel Grey, built in early 2026, and I’m currently looking for a set of wheels for my winter tires.
I mainly have two questions:
Do aerodynamic/aero wheels make a noticeable difference in winter?
Since range already takes a hit in colder temperatures, I’m wondering if it’s worth specifically looking for more closed, aerodynamic wheel designs. Has anyone noticed a meaningful difference in efficiency or range?19" or 20" – which wheels would you recommend?
Since it’s a company car, I’d like to keep the costs reasonable. The original Škoda wheels are already at the very top of my budget, so I’m mainly looking for good, winter-suitable aftermarket wheels with decent value for money.
Which 19" or 20" wheels are you running on your Enyaq, and would you recommend them?
I’m especially interested in options that are easy to get approved/registered in Germany, ideally with ABE or similarly.
