Is a 72-hour recovery from regenerative therapy actually realistic?
I've been reading about PRP, stem cells, peptides, red light therapy, and hyperbaric oxygen as ways to speed up recovery after injuries. There are a lot of claims out there, and it's hard to tell what's realistic versus marketing.
Has anyone here actually tried any of these and seen a measurable difference? Is a recovery timeline like 72 hours ever realistic, or is that mostly referring to reduced inflammation rather than actual tissue healing?
