Just venting feel free to leave advice if not allowed please share were I should post
So I make around 26 an hour witch is very good for my area the only down side is that its 4 on 4 off swing shift with 2 sets of days and 2 sets of nights and there all 12 hour shifts my commute is an hour and a half one way its manual labor in a refinery dont wanna say to much but its 20 degrees hotter then out side so if its 80 its 100 inside not to mention all the molten metal I work with I find my self only being able to sleep 5 or 6 hours a day because im only actually home for about 7 hours I feel like im being a baby about feeling so awful but i can never tell im just so tird all day and it effects how well I can work witch makes me feel more embarrassed this is all just kinda thrown out there in a ramble I know but just trying to get more opinions I just feel insane
