So I had an email telling me that my sky signature was going up by 4 quid and to either contact them or face price rise in 28 days.

So I agreed a new deal with them online which brought my sky signature down to 21.5 a month for the next 2 years. I have just looked at my bill and I'm being charged £32 a month? Is this normal, does it take time for the offers to come through or have they completely just done me over.
