Hello,

I have deposited some BTC to my Krak account. I received the "Deposit On Hold - Verification Required UNder EU Travel Rule" titled email. There are two optioons in the email

* Verify with Kraken

* Verify with Kraken Pro

However, I can not see this deposit on neither one of them, since it is on Krak account :)

For this reason, I can not verify it and access the funds.

Could you please help me with this issue?
