Going vegan improved my health
My constitution was never really robust. I have a gluten allergy and not a terrific immune system. I was "an interesting puzzle" to doctors and natural paths. Which isn't really what you want to hear. I've tried a lot of things in my life to improve my health. Some worked okay, some didn't.
A few years ago, I lost some hearing in one ear and started to get vertigo, and suddenly got psoriasis as brand new additional fun symptom to add to the puzzle.
So I tried vegan. OMG. It was a dramatic improvement. No more vertigo (and my hearing has improved!) no more psoriasis, and I haven't been sick in ages. (knock wood.)
It's a difficult diet. Vegan GF. I don't always stick to it by the letter (the gluten I do, as that's quite bad for me) in particular when I go out to eat. But I do my best. Improvements in health is a very strong motivator.
