I just moved to a new construction neighborhood in Rancho Cordova area, I’m wondering what’s the norm around here for street parking? We had a new neighbor move in and they have decided they are going to permanently park their extra cars in front of our house. I’m wondering is this normal around here? These cars don’t move, maybe once every 2 weeks. I’m not from here so I wanted a culture check before I get all irritated about it.
