We talked consistently for around 3 weeks after matching. Daily texting, flirting smth. At first he seemed genuinely interested and pretty emotionally engaged. And we brought up hanging out, but some things over that weekend kinda delayed the progress.
Then recently he suddenly started disappearing. The first time he vanished for 2 days, then came back apologizing and explaining he was overwhelmed with work n life stuff, and said his work wouldn’t fully be over until the following week, which is this week now.
But this past weekend he basically disappeared again. No reply to a casual message, no attempt to reschedule hanging out, no follow up at all, and now it’s been over 3 days.
Am I being desparate?
