I’ve been struggling with depression and anxiety since I lost my brother 5 years ago. And lately it’s gotten so much worse. I take my meds like I’m supposed to but I’m constantly tired, no interest in anything, I don’t want to talk to anyone. I thought it was seasonal depression just kicking my butt but, this is getting overwhelming. (Yes I tell my therapist). I just don’t know what else to do.
